Teach Soap

I just learned how to make CP cupcakes and frosting and now I was thinking of a combo gift for friends. Is it possible to pipe cold process soap frosting onto a hardened cupcake bath fizzy? I haven't found a tutorial about it. I have seen folks put meringue type frosting and whipped MP frosting onto them but was wondering if I could us CP soap tops without setting off the fizz.

Any ideas?

Yes you can. It's called whipped CP soap. Look up an online tut at Nizzy's soap web site.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't read anything on Nizzy's website about putting CP soap on fizzy bath bombs. I know how to make frosting with CP soap. What I need to know is if the soap will cause a reaction on the bath bomb and will it stick to the bomb or will it break off? Thanks

Nizzy has the recipe and tut on how to make whipped soap. He doesn't have instructions on how to add it to a bath fizzy, but I've seen it done that way.

Yeah.. I thought I have seen it too but wanted to get input and find out if there is any tips or tricks anyone may want to share. I thought I saw something on youtube where somebody put MP between the CP frosted top and the fizzy. She said it was to help the top stay on. Maybe I should just stick to making cupcake soaps and totally separate bath bombs and stop trying to get both into one.. lol

The whipped soap Soapbuddy is taking about will stick very nice, it will even stick to cured cp soap and mp soap no tricks needed. It also floats which I think is very cool and my grandchildren just love it in baths. It sticks so well, that getting it out of molds can be a real issue.

There is an exploding frog soap somewhere on the net. It looks to be melt and pour over a piece of fizzy bomb. When this soap explodes in the bath it foams red like well blood. Gross to me but I guess kids get a kick out of it.
