Connie,

Have you considered taking a train for a shopping trip out to LI, NJ or Westchester? I know for a fact that there are some nicely stocked AC Moores/Michaels/Joannes in those areas - some should be just a short taxi ride away from the train station - for that matter, aren't there nice craft stores in Queens or Staten Island?

Thanks, Robert. I only use low sweat SFIC base. I do my own additives (aloe, shea, oatmeal).

BrambleBerry is just the next state over from me. I find their shipping reasonable. I prefer SFIC MP base over Stephenson's.

Since BrambleBerry sells MP bases and they are the owners of this forum, I prefer to buy my bases there.
