If I am reading the title of the thread right you are based in Cyprus and want to buy from the UK. If so by far the best shop for your supplies in the UK is http://www.justasoap.co.uk ive used quite a few suppliers and they always deliver quickly. The only issue you may have is the cost of shipping as even a small 10kg bucket of M&P base will cost a fortune to ship to Cyprus and would probably swallow and profit margin you have.

thank you so much for replying. I do live in Cyprus and thought the best place to order from might be the UK. I've just about given up because as you mentioned, the shipping costs too much. =(
I have books on soapmaking, done a lot of research and was so excited to try it out but I don't think it's worth it in the end.
