Teach Soap

I've been away for several months due to surgery and lots of follow up treatments but doing well so now I have a response to a post long ago which I could not find again and a question from an even longer ago post, so here goes.
1.previous post asking if there are any seattle area soapers interested in getting together for coffee or more. YES, I'd be interested. Were there any responses? is this a possible go?
#2. I remember posts regarding the negatives of commercial anti bacterial soap. I cannot find that post either. (sigh). I need that info for a friend who loves my soaps but decided because of a recent surgery she needed the anti-bacterial stuff. I told her no but would like the backup info to send her. (p.s. my soap is BB bases, no fragrance, only mica or lab colors.

I don't have a link for you, but any soap is naturally antibacterial. The store bought ones have extra antibacterial ingredients added like trichlosan. If you have sensitive skin, trichlosan can irritate it.
