Hello all!!! I know this subject probably gets old but, I am having a very hard time with shrink wrapping my mp soap. I bought the open on one end 4 x 6 size and even watched ann marie do the little hedge hog soap and it still comes out really bad. Can some one help me please? Thank you.

If you can describe what it looks like and how you are doing it, what tools you are using perhaps someone can help. It looks bad isn't enough information to form an opinion or offer a suggestion. There are people here who use the product.

Sorry!! This is what I mean, I purchased the 4 by 6 shrink wrap pouches that are open on one end. I either use a square shaped, oval shaped, or round shaped soap and place it in the corner of the inside of the shrink wrap, so it looks almost like an envelope with a piece of soap inside without the flap that seals the envelope. I then proceed to cut off the extra wrap and then fold over the rest so I can hold it all together with one finger(s), or I have also used scotch tape (small piece). I then turn on my heat gun that I purchased in the hardware store and proceed to shrink wrap my soap. everything starts to draw up leaving that open end looking ugly and crinkled or bumpy. Did I buy a size that was too large? What do I do with the open end? Thank you.

Sounds like you need a heat sealer that also has a cutter. It will seal and cut all in one step. Then you can shrink wrap it with no curly or krinkled edges.
