Hi. This might be a dumb question but here it goes. Is there a way to wrap your m&p soaps so they can still be sniffed a little bit? Like, could I maybe poke a tiny hole somewhere in the wrapper just for a smelly spot? :?

I can smell them a bit through the Glad saran wrap but I also have some of those great 4x6 shrink wrap bags and they work great, look pretty but you can't smell a thing through them. Would a tiny pin hole work or would it spread and/or evaporate all the scent eventually? Any thoughts? Thank you. :)

There is such a thing as smell through shrink wrap. I've seen it, but don't remember where at the moment.

Many people just put a pin in the wrap and tear a little hole here and there just a few for the fragrance to come out a bit.

For the market I wrap mine completely but have a little tub with each soap with some offcuts in it for "sniffing". It keeps all the soaps cleaner - especially when you're outdoors where it can be dusty or rainy!
I have also seen the "smell through" shrink wrap (Polyolefin) - here's one link http://www.nationalshrinkwrap.com/page/page/4626243.htm
Some people have also used the shrink wrap bands which leave each end open - here's the link http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/ProductSearch.aspx
Hope this helps!

Thank you ladies. I am going to look into that shrink wrap but I am guessing it might be pricey or everyone would probably use it. I do like the idea also of a few tiny holes so I might try that first. And if I do a show (I am totally new still at this point and not ready for that yet) but I think a few chunks of each scent would be a great idea. I appreciate your replies. :)
