I hope somebody can tell me what to do with my problem. When my soap is finished, it looks great, but in some time its surface becomes muddy and covered with finger-prints. It looks really terrible. I can’t present or sell my soaps because of it. Is there any way to keep the surface smooth and shining or to polish it again?

Try spritzing it lightly with alcohol and handle the soap with lightweight gloves.

I agree.
Spritz with alcohol and then cover it with saran wrap/shrink wrap right away. Handle the soaps as little as possible. You can have 1 or 2 out for people to touch, smell and look at, but the ones you sell shouldn't really be handled. :D

Thank you. You mean I should spritz my soaps while they are clean? But if my soaps are finger-printed already, is it possible to polish them?
Should I pack my soaps immediately after they are done or should I wait overnight?

If the soaps are clean, wrap them. If there are fingerprints, spritz with alcohol and wrap as soon as possible.
