Ok, so I have been looking at some of your pages (all of you guys soaps are amazing, btw!) and I am curious. I've seen the video of Soapqueen doing the embedded little cylinders from the water bottle ice cube molds, where she did multiple color layers, and put the embedds wherever, and then did another layer. My question is how do you do them when you don't want it to appear like mult. layers? If I just wanted, say a cream color soap with a few light blue rods throughout, how would i get them to stay? Do I do it the same way as the multi colored layers, and just pour each layer this time the same color, wait to harden a bit and then do another or is that not right? I not just wanting them to lay on the top, so I didn't know if I did it throughout how to do that. I started thinking-if I pour my soap and very quickly add my rods will it mush my soap up still? Will they stay in place even? Or the flips side, I wondered if I poured them in layers if they would still adhere to eachother, or if you would see lines from where a new layer was poured over.
Thanks!!

The way I do it is, that I pour all of the soap in the mold and I have my rods all ready to go next to me I spritz them with 70% alcohol and I place them inside the soap and move them around until they're set where I want them to be. You don't have to do layers like you said you saw. But make sure that the soap you pour into the mold will not melt the rods. Then to finish it just spritz the top with alcohol. :P

Yes, but you have to make sure that the soap you are going to pour into the mold is not hot at all, just about 120 F or you can also buy suspending melt and pour soap.
