Teach Soap

I am very new to soap making and have lots of questions --

#1 -- getting ready for craft fair -- what is more sensible? -- Jazzy Jasmine or Moonlight Romance? (poor example but you get my meaning) -- i.e. should the fragrance be in the title in addition to the ingredients?

#2 -- I am using the best and purest ingredients but what is going on with suds? Input please?

#3 -- in a craft fair setting, does anyone have any advice on how many soap "scents" one should have? 3-4?

What type of a customer are you marketing to?
Does it smell like Jasmine? If so, that's what I would call it. Fancy names do not tell you anything of what the product smells like, unless it's a well known duplication.

Melt n' Pour soap will not have as many bubbles as commercially made synthetic soaps that you buy in the supermarket.

How many people are expected to attend this craft fair? How long has it been around? What type of advertising do they do? How big is your table? I would bring as much as your table can hold. Vertical displays help your product sell better. I have at least 20 scents, but I do MP as well as CP and I've been doing it for a while.

When I did a fair at a church last year. I took 8 of each scent and that was just about right. It was not a hugh show. Citrus and bakery smells sold the best. Our table was very bright and girly with tulle. Everyone told us we had a cute table.
