Here's a tutorial on making cold process soap frosting:

Since we're in the melt and pour section, I'm assuming you want a frothy melt and pour look.

I would recommend experimenting either with Foaming Bath Butter

or trying 2 parts melt and pour to 1 part liquid soap or liquid glycerin and whipping that with an egg beater until fluffy. It will get fluffy and if you time it right, you can pour it and it'll set up with the fluffy peaks. It requires some work to get the timing right, but you can make lovely floofy peaks that way.
