 Post subject: Changes to my lip balm

I ran out of peach kernel oil so this last batch I subbed it with jojoba. Now after about 30 minutes I get this draggy feeling on my lips. I also flavored with peppermint EO. Is it the peppermint doing this? I wouldnt think it would be the jojoba!

I would give the formula three days or so, then try it again. With some butters and oils, it takes longer for the formula to settle.

I use both jojoba and peppermint (2nd distillation) and haven't had an issue.
