Hello It's me again,

I made a few bath bombs a month ago using a very basic recipe ( Citric acid - baking soda-FO- Colorant and hazel)

the first couple of days it was fine but yesterday i tried one it didn't fizz at ll it did got clumpy and melted with no reaction.

why is this happening, does bath bombs have a specific shelf life?

i live in a high humid place, and i warped them in plastic after they dried?

It's possible that your citric acid is too old, or if it's humid where you are, they picked up the moisture and lost the fizziness.

I've seen some in LUSH stores in many malls and they display them plain without wrapping but it still fizz :roll:
