 Post subject: Testing requirements.

I want to start making body butters and was wondering if the body butter and whips have to be sent of for testing like lotions if they don't have water in them? Also how do you sanitize you containers? TIA

If you are using glass container just boil them .

I don't sanitize my containers; glass or plastic. I don't want to introduce germs, mold or bacteria from water or anything else before they get filled.
