I am making my first liquid soap today using coconut oil. This is only my second batch of liquid soap but it is behaving so differently than my first ( Olive/Castor ) which I expected. The first major difference is I never really had the oils seperate. Is that common for LS using coconut oil? Also it has only been cooking for an hour and is already going translucent. I know CO LS cooks faster but now unsure really how long to totally cook this for ( first batch cooked a total of 5 hours ). My recipie is as follows
80% OO ( Pomace )
10% Castor
5% Coconut
5% Mango Butter
