Yup Air / Not Packed hard enough. When I was playing with recipes and just wanting to test them, I didn't bother worrying about how hard I packed them and instead of sinking (as they should), the sat on the top of the water and SPUN as they fizzed. The kids thought that was wicked cool lol.

Well I guess I am making mine the right way then because they sink and last a long time and sure does not cost me $5.00 for each one..

I was at a Lush store the other day and got one of the butterball bombs and it did not last long at all in the tub.
