Cosmetic vs. Food grade oils

I'm browsing on the Soaper's Choice website and see that for some of their oils they offer both the food grade and the cosmetic grade. The cosmetic grade is cheaper, but I was wondering what is the main difference between the two (besides the fact that only one is approved for foods). Is there a quality difference, or does one offer more "skin care benefits" than the other?

Cosmetic grade is cheaper, but from what I understand, it's not aways 100% of the actual ingredient. I would check the ingredient list or email Mike and ask him.

I called Soaper's Choice this morning and spoke to a rep. She told me that the cosmetic grades are indeed mixed with another oil, whereas the food grades are 100-percent of that oil only.

I was wondering also if food grade be more apt to turn rancid over time, versus cosmetic?
