When making lotions and other body care products, how do I determine which FOs are safe to use?
I get most of my FOs from BB and the Scent Works. If they are approved for CP, are they okay for lotion/scrubs/etc?

Not always. CP safe soap scents are listed as wash-off safe (by some companies). You want to look for ones that say "body safe". If you're not sure, try emailing the companies.

Heather....great idea, thanks!
I just went to the BB site and found a blurb where they say that all their FOs are fine for any toiletry product, so I'm safe with them :).
Now, off to research the other company....

Look for "body safe" or "cosmetic grade".
