Is it the silver pouches you're looking at? If so, I had problems with those. I always dried out my salts in the oven, let them cool and then packaged them in the pouch. I sealed them immediately and the sealed pouches were kept in a dark, cool area. But when I went to take them out of my storage area, the salts were weeping and the outsides of the packages were a little wet from the weeping.
I wasn't the only one to have that problem. When I mentioned it on WSP's forum, many people said they had the same problem. But we were told by an upper forum person (not going to say which one), that their packages were not defective and it must be our recipes. I'm aware that dead sea salt can weep, because it attracts moisture from the air. So, I'm assuming that the pouches are not air tight when you seal them
Oddly enough, I switched to packaging the salts in plastic jars and I had no problems at all.
