How can i make body butter without coconut butter? Can i just use 1/3 sunflower oil and 2/3 shea butter? Is emulsifing wax used the same as bee's wax?

You can make any body butter with hard oil (or butters) and soft oils. If you are using refined shea butter, your combo may work. If it's unrefined, it's most likely softer and you would need either a higher amount of shea, or some cocoa butter (for example) for more hardness. Emulsifying wax is not the same as beeswax. You cannot sub one for the other this way.
