I have a couple of questions regarding a new recipe for solid sugar scrub cubes I found. Can Germaben II be substituted for phenonip? What would the benefits of polysorbate 20 and vitamin E be in sugar scrub cubes? Can sweet almond be substituted for jojoba oil?

Be aware that Leucidal liquid is soluble in water, glycerin and propylene glycol but immiscible with oils. Which means this might not be an ideal preservative for a product such as a sugar scrub. Please use weight instead of teaspoons if you are planning to sell. It's much more accurate and you will get the same results each and every time and so will your customer. I would recommend a preservative like Optiphen instead.
