Does anyone make homemade deodorant? If so do you use just EO or sometime FO?

I only use EO's, due to some of their antibacterial properties, but I have seen FO's used also.

I don't know if you know this or not, but plain milk of magnesia (yes, the one for upset tummies) also can be used as a deodorant. Just get the one that's not colored pink.

I use this recipe work great I add tea tree for its properties and lemongrass because well I love the smell.
3 Tablespoons shea butter
3 Tablespoons baking soda
2 Tablespoons corn starch
2 Tablespoons cocoa butter
You can use just baking soda or all kinds of things I pour this in a lotion tube when it solidifies it rubs on just like lotion LOL. Works good too. I found it off a blog called "angry chickens"

Debbie, you should be fine using a few drops of the FO sample in place of the EO.
