Teach Soap

I am about to sell my bath salts in a paper bag container because the price of glas container is so expensive
Well the paper bag is kinda thick, but I was thinking I need to pack the salt in something else before I put it in the paper bag, so what could I use ? somebody told my that I could not put the salt in plastic and then in the paper bag but why I don't remember :/ so could you all give me some ideas my salts are not wet , so maybe I could just pore it right in the bag ...

I have look't everywhere where I live and found nothing that I could use

I use seal-able cellophane bags as the inner package for my bath salts. I always use a needle to prick a few small holes in the cellophane bag so that my fizzy bath salts won't collect moisture inside the sealed bag. I then put the cellophane bags inside a paper bag or sometimes little Chinese take-out boxes.

I find regular paper gets stains from any FO or EO I used. I now use PET containers.
