I made a batch of hot process soap yesterday and it didn't take too long to go through the stages. Well, today's batch has been in the applesauce stage for one hour. Does anyone know if this is normal? I know it didn't take this long yesterday. I also have the heat set on high.

You might get a response if you put your post in Cold Process HP soap area instead of lotions and shampoos perhaps.
