 Post subject: whipped Shea butter

Hello, I made some whipped raw Shea butter the other day and add some cornstarch and Avocado oil. It was fabulous and moisturizing BUT too greasy. What can I add besides the cornstarch to make it less greasy?

I don't know of anything else that you could add to make it less greasy. It's the nature of the beast. :)
Some people have had better luck with dimethicone or fractionated coconut instead of the avocado.

How much oil are you adding. I prefer 25% oil and 75% shea. Also, do you happen to have any jojoba oil on hand. That's a nice "dry" oil.

I ordered some Jojoba oil, just waiting on it to get here. The Avocado oil is all I had at the moment lol. I was eager to "whip" some Shea, its sooo moisturizing! I love it, but not so much the greasy feel.
