I am thinking about making some dry facial masque powders. The buyer would mix it with water, milk, or aloe themselves. With the products being dry would I need a preservative? Plus, anyone know a source of the following: Pumpkin Pulp Powder, Coconut Milk Powder, Honey powder, strawberry fruit powder, banana powder, yogurt powder.

Small heat & seal metal bags should work fine for your purpose. Be aware that honey powder picks up moisture right away, so it might end up as a hard clump. I would make each one for single use. That way you wouldn't need a preservative as each single portion would get thrown out after use.

ok, i'd seen others selling in jars, without preservative, but wanted to make sure. I thought about the honey being a humectant and wondering about it drawing moisture and thought about most people storing it in their bathrooms, so it was a concern.

If I wanted to use a preservative, is there a dry powder I could use?
