I got samples of SFIC lotion and body cream. Yesterday I just wanted to attempt a easy batch 12oz of fragranced lotion. I started slowly and ended up mixing in 1.5 oz of FO. My friends say they smell the FO, but to me I still smell the lotion in its original state.

Is it normal to use 1.5 oz of FO to 120z of lotion base? That seems like a lot to me...

Also, I dont really care for SFIC's lotions. Can someone recommend another company that carries a more creamy less smelly lotion?

I would say that's too much fragrance. I normally add around 1 oz. of fragrance to 16 ozs. of lotion. What are you looking for in a lotion? hi soap buddy ;)

i thought it was to much also. then i smelt it today and i could still smell the soap, so could my sister...

im looking for a creamy soothing thicker consistany. im fine with parabens.

whats your take on the brambleberry lotion? is there any soap base that you love?
