I can't speak to exact humidity levels but i do know that if it is too humid it could be problematic. You might want to try alternative recipes to actual bath bombs. I was playing around with some different recipes which turned out pretty cool, they have a different feel and different good properties to them. I am trying to remember where the recipes were, i know i found a sugar cube recipe on soap queen tv which i played around with and ended up really liking, there is a salt one too but you will have to play with it here is what i have: dry 18 oz epsom salt 9 oz baking soda 8 oz citric acid 1 oz kaolin clay liquid 4 oz cocoa butter (melted) .5 oz jojoba oil .25 oz vitamin E oil .4 oz fragrance (that is at 1% maybe you can do a bit more?) .4 oz colorant, optional, i did not use any because the cocoa butter is yellow and was pretty
good luck, there are a TON of great recipes out there, you will have to play around to make them work for your environment.
