I am making bath bombs and just discovered that i am out of epsom salt. can i just use kosher salt?

Are the granules the same size? If so, I would say yes.

Im not certain, however they seem a bit smaller. what do i do if they are smaller?

Could you wait til you get some more? I've seen epsom salts at the Dollar Store in milk carton containers.

Kosher salt is NaCl. Epsom salt is MgSO4. They are not the same thing. I wouldn't recommend trying to substitute them at all. Ever. But that's just me. :)
