What do you think of these ingredients that are in a splash toner for normal, oily, or dry skin?

orange water
witch hazel
2 drops orange essential oil
2 drops vanilla essential oil, fragrance oil, or soap fragrance

Let me know what you think, pros. and cons.

Unless you add some polysorbate or an emulsifier, the essential oils will not stay mixed. If this is something just for you, you can shake it before each use.
