I made a foot scrub-the recipe does not call for a preservative. I am wondering if I need one though.
The recipe (from MMS) calls for white sugar, liquid soap base and sunflower oil, and eo's Peppermint, Spearmint and rosemary. It smells good!

If your formula contains only oils, butters and waxes and does not contain water but there is a possibility that the consumer could introduce water into the product, you can use:

Uniphen P-23
Phenonip
LiquaPar PE
LiquaPar Optima
LiquaPar Oil
