Teach Soap

I am looking to make some homemade packs that can be heated in the microwave. I fractured my arm on vacation and I know that when I start rehab it will help if I apply heat before exercises and cold after. I found some ideas on the net but everyone here is so helpful that I thought maybe this is where I will get the best help. Wondering what you put in them and what you scent them with?

I've used plain, uncooked white rice in a fabric bag and added a couple of drops of essential oil.

I use flax seed in mine. People seem to like the way it molds to their body better than when I used rice.
