I'm a newby looking for way to make my own toner.
Anyone mind to share facial toner recipe with no chemical or alcohol content?

You could try a hydrosol ie: lavender, rose or chamomille. Use it as is.

I have used homemade lavender and rose water with some drops of tea tree essential oil, this keeps the rose water from growing any kind of bacteria or mold and it is very good for acne.

I saw this 'FO/EO modifier' product from Wholesale Supplies Plus used by a lot of customers to modify the FO and EO in their linen spray or other liquid products.

Formula: Hydrosol + EO + Polysorbate + Cosmocil CQ

You're welcome. Don't forget to mix the polysorbate with the EO's first.
