Teach Soap

I seem to be having this issue with polysorbate 80 either having so much it makes a foam on the surface of my water or having too little in them where my micas stick to the tub. I need to know exactly how much I should put in one single bath bomb. I just can't figure it out I was doing it equal to my mica then I tried just one tbs per bath bomb which I had super foam which covered the whole surface of the water. Is there a specific amount I should try per bath bomb. I just don't want the mica to stick to the tub but I also don't want a super amount of foam on the top of the water either.

Most people mix the poly to fragrance 50:50
