Thank you Irena, yes I was told that by the wonderful Brambleberryians when I called them. The question was which one, so according my research Jojoba was the closest to Meadowfoam which is in fact a more cost effective substitute for Jojoba. Here is the end result.... Jojoba is heavier and separates. As does Rice, Flax, and Sesame. And yes, my client was aware that I would have to change the formula.... She was okay with Sesame or Jojoba. I have a kitchen aid mixer and that was whipped for like 7 minutes.
The moral of the story is USE THE ORIGINAL AVOCADO BUTTER recipe.... I ordered Meadowfoam from Amazon only because I have prime and could get next day delivery.... but will clearly need to look into carrying larger amounts of Meadowfoam Seed Oil as I also have found that it works unilaterally in all of my butters.
Kindest Regards
Jan
