Teach Soap

I've been using the same lotion recipe I always have for the lotions I sell. Even though it's the same recipe I always use, it's been separating. Every time! I don't know what's going on since I'm doing everything the same. I tried adding more emulsifying wax and stearic acid- the batch yesterday was thicker and wasn't as separated as the original, but I still had to throw it away. Today I tried again, but added even more of those and am waiting to see what it looks like tomorrow before I waste bottles. Any advice or does anyone know why this suddenly would happen ??
I have a Saturday market this week and am worried I won't have much to bring.

What is your % of oils to water? How much of the e-wax and stearic are you using? Which preservative and when are you adding it? Are you using a stick blender to mix? At what temp are you combining the oils/e-wax with the water?

Another thing to consider - was the e-wax from the same supplier or a different one? Maybe the formulation was changed or they bought their wax from a different place.
