Teach Soap

I just got this in the mail ( Optiphen Plus ) It just says to use it in all my personal care products...that is way to vague for me. Does anybody have more information? Not ON the product, but more WHAT it can be used in...ie...examples...like...Massage Oil?. Oh, can it be used in items that will be going on the mouth or eyes, such as LIP BALM and or LIQUID MAKE UP...

Thanks so much...I guess I need to know, in a general sence, can it be used in ALL personal care type products...to me, the way its stated on the paperwork I got with it, I would THINK this means yes. But, I thought I better double check...mainly the Lip balm, Sugar scrubs, Massage Oils, Body Butters, Shampoo and DRY ITEMS like Bath Bombs and FooT Soaks

Optiphen Plus is water-soluble so you can use it in any recipe you're are using water in. Usage rate: .75-1.5% of the total weight of the recipe and must be used at temperatures lower than 176 degrees.
