I am putting together a recipe that will consist of the following:

Aloe Vera Juice (pure, 100%)
Leucidal Liquid (preservative)
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Green Tea Leaf Extract
Lemon Juice (pure, ph stabilizer)

My question is, can I get away with this as is?

What I'm worried about is the lack of an emulsifier. The only questionable item is the Ylang Ylang essential oil. I looked for an extract or other Ylang Ylang source of smell that wasn't oil but couldn't find it. I would rather not add anymore ingredients. But I have read that the lack of an emulsifier with essential oils can be dangerous. Any advice?

Would first dissolving the oil in a tablespoon of vegetable glycerin and then adding it work?

Oils and water do not mix. You need an emulsifier for them to stay mixed. Unless you have a pH meter, you won't know how much exactly of the lemon juice to add. You can't get away with it as is. Leucidal might not be strong enough to handle this recipe. What are you trying to do? As is, this is not a good recipe.
