Teach Soap

I purchased new low profile jar from a online seller. This seller is not a distributor and I want to make sure these jars are clean enough for my thick cream lotion. What is the best way to sanitize them. I do have an electric baby bottle Sterilizer, is this an option , or should I just stick to a 5% bleach solution? If I use a 5% bleach solution do I rinse or simple let hem drain and dry.

We recommend disinfecting all of your tools and containers by dunking them in 5% bleachwater solution and drying them with fresh, off the roll, paper towels.

You can also use a re-usable cloth towel if you put it in your dryer on sanitize (extra hot setting, sometimes adds low amounts of steam) RIGHT before you need to use it, so it is still nice and hot. Make sure to handle the towel with gloved hands!

Pre "germ-war" driers (ones made before the world decided soaking everything in hand sanitizer and lysol was necessary) may not have this setting! I believe it was introduced to sanitize baby clothes and possibly cloth diapers, but it works great for folks who want to use less paper towel in their soaping rooms too!
