Teach Soap

Has anyone ever heard of or tried to make a liquid no-rinse soap? I would love to find a way to make something like this for using when outdoors with no readily available water source. I'm not wanting hand sanitizer, I am hoping to find something that would remove dirt and leave hands somewhat clean. I'm wondering if a very watery soap solution would do it with out leaving a sticky residue.

I tried a very diluted soap solution a couple of years ago, but didn't care for the end result. I went back to a sample pack of baby wipes.

Was the end result sticky hands? That is what I would be worried about, then even more dirt would stick to them!

I use aloe vera gel w/ tea tree, lavender and lemon eo's and place in a small pump bottle for my family. I don't think it is really economical enough for production, but for the family it works well.
