Honestly you are going to think I am a bit slow.
I used the same amount of fragrance in a new face cream as I used in the hand cream. (1%)
But I forgot my nose is in the middle of my face, so what was fine for the hands, is overpowering on the face! Need about 0.25% I think.
Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else does the same thing. . .

So true! I halve the amount of fragrance for the facial area in a lotion or cream, or I completely leave it out.

The part about forgetting that your nose was in the middle of your face, made me laugh.

Yeah, I don't really like scents in my face creams.

haha! Love it! Last night I made up a new batch of what started out as face cream. The last batch I also used on my body. Well it's a super tiny batch and even though I only used a drop or two I'm having the same issue! I could smell it all day. Wish you had reminded me last night
