It doesn't take me 3-4 days but it does take 1-2 days. I'm having trouble coming up with a thicker LS. My last experimental batch took several hours on the stove to dilute. It just refused to dilute at 1:1 but diluted at 2:1 after hours. :roll:

Now it's a typical LS consistency but I admit I haven't tried to thicken it. Salt solution hasn't worked for me at all. You are brave to just keep at it until it works! Go, Coolah!!!

I prefer determined and perservering to stubborn. It sounds nicer. :lol:

I told my husband I'm going to make another experimental batch of LS with a new recipe and he asked what I'm going to do with the gallons of LS we already have!

Today I am trying a slightly altered method and recipe. The good thing is I am actually learning heaps as I go, so I will get there. Eventually. Possibly with a few extra grey hairs.
