I've managed to get melt an pour to a whipped consistency and gotten it to stay that way. If you use melt an pour just add glycerine, a liquid soap, and some lotion to the melted base. You need a bit of the "liquid" ingredients. I'm thinking I did a near 50-50 ratio of mp to liquid ingredients. You whip it with a hand mixer while it's all still liquid. For a little bit I thought I had a failed experiment, but after about 10 min it suddenly just turned from liquid into a whipped consistency. Additional whipping caused it to grow some more. I don't have numbers on it as it was something I just eyeballed and gave as gifts to friends, but will work on an actual recipe to share. It's fun stuff, good bubbly yet creamy lather, but can feel a bit drying on skin. Maybe I'll add a little avocado or Shea next time.
