I started with this recipe too, added a 2% SF tho. All my calcs seemed to show a 0%SF so when I changed to grams I reworked that. I used a heap more salt solution than Anne-Marie did, but it became really nice & thick. Was a bit worried the salt might make it drying but its lovely & soft, very soothing feeling on the hands, guess it's the high olive, which is also why the bubbleage isn't real good.
Though I have a pig farmer friend I gave some to & he loves it!
Reckons bubbles don't matter cos it cleans so well. Says it gets rid of the 'smells' better than any commercial stuff. Thats a pretty good testimonial
Oh, & really likes how effective it is against grease, when he's mechanic-ing. It doesn't have to bubble lots to be good soap.
Another thing I did, NOT recommended, I forgot about some I was diluting & yeah, it wasn't all that far off paste again when I remembered
so it's definately possible to gently heat some of the excess liquid off!
Better to start with less tho!
