Teach Soap

So I made some whipped shea butter the other day with just a dash of a carrier oil. I whipped it for 5-7 minutes. It was gorgeously soft and smooth when warm from the whipping. But by the evening it was already hardened up. Its still amazing when I warm it up in between my palms before using it on my body. But is there any way to keep it soft when cool? Should I add more carrier oil?

Any suggestions will be great. Thanks.

If there's not much carrier oil, it's going to get hard.
You can add more carrier oil, but it still will harden up a bit & not really be the whipped consistency that you had when you first whip it.

You need about 30% carrier or soft oils for a whipped butter like texture.
