I tried this solid sugar scrub recipe from soapqueen.com & the bars were hard when I removed them from the
fridge but as they got to room temperature they were so soft that you couldn't pick them up. They never hardened up after sitting for a few hours either, so I just put them in jars for my family to use.
Here is the recipe:
2 oz Shea Butter
.2 oz Vitamin E Oil
1.8 oz Sweet Almond Oil
4 oz Deodorized Cocoa Butter
.8 oz BTMS-50 Conditioning Emulsifier
5 oz White Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Cellini Blue Mica
9 ml Tropical Vacation Fragrance Oil (about .3 oz)
Anyone have any advice?
