Hi all,
I just made a lip balm recipe that I have been making for a while. I love it but wanted to try adding color. I added BB lip safe mica and lip safe titanium dioxide (to make the color a little opaque and add sunscreen benefits). I found that the titanium dioxide didn't dissolve all the way, even though the oil/wax mixture was still in it's liquid state and I stirred as long as I could before it started to set up. It was only a little bit undissolved and mostly at the bottom of my measuring cup, but still. Any suggestions to help avoid this issue in the future?
Thanks in advance!
