Can anything be added to body butter so it's not so greasy? Thanks!

You could try corn starch, but since body butters are made with oils or butters, they are normally greasy.

I know, I am just not fond of the greasy feeling and for some reason the palms of my hands feel drier. Weird, I know. I love the feeling of it on my legs and arms but everywhere else makes me feel bleck! Thank you so much for responding so quickly to me.

The palms on your hands have less sweat glands, so that could be why. Try 1 tsp. of cornstarch for 1 lb. of body butter.

If you include glycerine when you make it, that can often feel sticky. If so, you could try a different humectant, like honeyquat or D-Panthenol.

Thank you Magia! This is my second time at making body butter and the first time was just to greasy for me. I am still experimenting. I don't have much to play with now as I have dabbled in all my goodies which have not been successful. Heavy sigh! That's the fun in learning!
