Shake some into the m&p if you want a swirly pearlised effect. Or you could try spritzing your snowman with some witch hazel, and rolling him in some/sprinking it on him- if that is where you want the mica to be. Or if you're making your snowman from a different colour of m&p then shake some of the mica into that. You only need a little bit. I think that would probably be the best way to do it, if you want a nice pearly, snowy snowman showing through clear m&p around him.
Also, there is a nice tutorial here on painting soap, in case you want to give him a face and eyes. Or you could (depending on smell) use a clove for each of the eyes, a tinsy bit of cinnamon stick for the nose, and a little strand of vanilla pod for the mouth. Or something similar!
