Face moisturizer - Hyaluronic Acid

I'm gearing up to make my facial moisturizer. I'm using jojba oil and shea butter. I'm considering adding Hyaluronic Acid. What percentage should I use and is anyone out there using this in their product?

What else are you using besides jojoba and shea? It's only water soluble. 1 gram of Hyaluronic Acid Powder will make 100 grams (3.53 ounces) of a 1% solution. Recommended Usage Rate is 0.1-1% .

Other than shea butter and jojoba oil, I also use emulsifying wax NF, stearic acid, Germaben II, & water, and a few drops of essential oil. I'm open to suggestions. Thank you for the information.

Depending how much E-wax NF you are using, the stearic acid might not be necessary. Are you heating and holding the water on low for 20 minutes?

Hyaluronic Acid is a great ingredient. It will thicken in your water phase, so consider that along with how much E-wax and stearic acid you are using.
