Is there a quick and simple method for taking the greasy feel out of the lotion. Hoping for a quick fix.

You could try a little bit of corn starch.

Try 0.5 oz.
It also depends which oils you used. Some are heavier than others.

I have heard that Dry-Flo works as well. :D

I have checked out a lot of ingredients on handmade lotions and have not seen either of these mentioned. Is it more the butters or oils causing the greesy feel?

It could be either - which ones are you using? There are some butters that feel rich to me, but not greasy - and some oils that feel so greasy I can't stand it.

I also like taking a little bit of each oil I want to use, and trying a drop on my arm or the back of my hand, so I get an idea of the "feel" it's going to contribute to the finished product.
